Good health insurance Liked most of my coworkers

Cons

Administration is more concerned with looking good politically than supporting their employees. Also you should know, because it probably will not be disclosed during your interview, that it is mandatory for library employees to work as first responders at the hurricane shelters. You do not received training or additional pay for this duty but you will be suspended without pay if you do not report. So keep in mind that if there is a hurricane you will be separated from your family. There are also no raises at the library.
