Some of the Directors/Supervisors just believe they are "Superintendents". "Favoritism" - Directors w/supervisors, principals and teachers. Parents are the least thing Directors want to deal with.

Cons

Management need more training.

They pay well and offer professional development in which they pay their teachers.

Cons

Some schools and principals seem to care more than others, which means some schools have many students who are out of control and there doesn't seem to be direct and immediate consequences.

As far as classified employees are concerned very cost effective medical, dental, and vision package for the employee and their family.

Cons

About the only con I could think of is the lack of training offered to newly hired employees.
