Excellent leadership from the CEO; a culture of empowerment (and accountability); friendly, talented people; if you do a great job, you will grow in your role and in your career; challenging work; a culture of learning.

Cons

I wouldn't call it a 'Con', but something to note: Palmetto is a high growth company, and sometimes that brings with it pivoting and change that some people aren't a good fit for.

Pros

I have been with this company just shy of a year and the growth and opportunity has been tremondous. The intellegence of the people working here far outweighs my own but that is the beauty of being a Palmetto employee. There is a team atmosphere of which I have never experienced in any other company. The culture here is incredibly healthy and is the number one priority of the CEO. I am thankful for the opportunity to work here and feel as is my ideas and even challenges are welcomed with solutions as well as postive feedback.

Cons

If you aren't interested in working hard and playing hard this is not the place for you.

Palmetto is devoted to people development and providing high achievers opportunities to grow professionally. , You are surrounded by intelligent, driven colleagues and have the benefit of a culture that is focused on bringing out the best in you. Palmetto helps keep team members healthy by offering a reimbursement for monthly gym supported by tremendous health benefits. Everyone from the Leadership Team to the CEO is accessible and truly cares about the culture and you.

Cons

No really downside. Just need to bring your "A" game.
