There’s no pros here as there’s no work life balance at all

Cons

The Management is highly micromanaging and they expect you to work all the week. They’re very inconsiderate about employees well-being and they push beyond the boundaries. They’re very ruthless in firing and don’t give a second thought. Especially the CEO and his partners.
