      Pros

      The product is great. That's the only positive thing about this company.

      Cons

      I was a top rep and exceeded quota every month and I would NEVER recommend anyone to work here. Not even for the BDR role or the CSR roles. The pay and quotas are horrible. Leadership is horrible. The work environment is horrible. Don't work here.

      Stock option, fto so you always have to rely on your manager and s/he may or may not approve it depending on favoritism. 1000$ 401k match which is the max they will match, one of the worst in industry. Hr are one of the ruthless ones I have ever come across. Retaliation is highly likely if you complain thus contributing to toxic work environment.

      Cons

      Unrealistically high expectations, no work life balance, highly toxic work environment, no pip process so if manager is unhappy you can get fired on the spot. No severance package. Join this company if you want to lose your mind, self confidence and sanity working as a machine and not a human.

      Nothing I can see very bad managers and politics

      Cons

      Micro management and managers are politics people cannot trust them. No work life balance meeting are set without anything to do. Very stressful and if you do not play politics be some where else.
