Lots of products available to sell. Consistent opportunity to achieve quota

Cons

Authoritarian leadership and rigid prescriptive process. Little to no autonomy. New KSOs require customer QBRs to be sent to the customer and BCC a team of auditors to review that you are delivering their specific content. Quarterly engagment activity requirements that burn customer credibility without contributing to attainment or pipeline. Micromanagment by incompetent second line SCDs. Enablement teams staffed with project managers that have never had a field role, but are unwilling to listen to feedback.
