Pros

- Good benefits (healthcare, mental health/coaching, $1k annual wellness stipend, phone/internet reimbursement, parental leave, ESPP, etc.)

Cons

Steer clear of the global digital marketing org (campaigns, paid media, analytics, marketing ops). New leadership is incredibly toxic, cut-throat, and dysfunctional. They don't understand the business and don't care about cross-functional alignment. They make short-sighted decisions in order to reduce costs. Their lack of planning leads them to glorify hustle culture, forcing employees to work and have meetings on nights and weekends. Within two months of the new SVP joining, several people went out on mental health medical leave or quit without a job lined up (in this economy!) due to extreme burnout. Assignments are consistently given with vague or contradictory instructions and then criticized when the work doesn't meet expectations, creating a constant churn of redoing work over and over. There is little to no room for growth, and getting promoted is extremely rare. If you value psychological safety, having rapport with your manager, being a part of a collaborative team, and have basic ethics, do not join this team.

Pros

Great technology, lots of resources. You’re not expected to be a know it all.

Cons

The amount of AI platforms at your disposal makes things confusing. The reporting lines are a bit all over the place
