Strong technical teams with talented engineers and architects who are willing to help each other succeed. Good compensation packages and benefits compared to most technology companies. Opportunities to learn cutting-edge security technologies and work with large enterprise customers. Pre-sales teams and account teams generally work well together and support each other.

Cons

The pace can be intense and expectations are high, especially in customer-facing roles. Internal processes and tools sometimes change quickly as the company scales, which can create some confusion. Like many fast-growing tech companies, priorities can shift frequently and teams must adapt quickly.
