Poor WLB and training program

Pros

Decent benefits and pay. Remote work. Good company outlook in terms of product market fit.

Cons

Horrible WLB. Working 50+ hours weekly and on weekends some days until midnight or later. Told output was still not enough, sometimes impossible deadlines. Poor training program (depends on team). Inconsistent requirements, outdated material. As time progressed, became even less confident in the work, checking everything multiple times, playing guessing games with what was required as it kept changing, dealing with contradicting guidance, and regularly punished for subjective aspects of the work and attempts to be thorough. Example: "we expect you to be 100% confident and conduct deep research before decisions" but was penalized for citing extra sources. Also, penalized for things that didn't make logical sense by reasoning of "this is just how it's always been done" with no consideration of the actual business requirements and whether new techniques could help. Didn't feel heard or respected.

Pros

Good Salary Flexible PTO ESPP program Employee wellness program Employee Training Program

Cons

Overall I had a good experience, but management change led to team downsizing and I was let go while I was on maternity leave. This was highly Unprofessional and not expected. Because of the vastness of the organization, it all comes down to individual teams and well we didn;t have a good team leader !

Pros

Decent pay, decent WLB (depends on your business unit and manager), Flexible PTO.

Cons

This company used to have great culture. Everyone used to pull on the same thread and were extremely collaborative with eachother about 3 years ago. Since 2025, the company has gone on a full downward spiral. Employees are pitted against eachother in intense competitions to reach escalators in bonuses based on product pull through. This has caused everyone on the team to look out for themselves. AI hasn’t helped either. Because of the team’s heavy reliance on the internal AI tooling, quality has suffered tenfold on consulting engagements and customers are starting to notice. The operations team is also as clueless as it gets and are not receptive to change. Most of the ops tsam is made up of legacy employees that have not been able to lead by example as the team has scaled the past 5 years.
