      Pros

      Great company culture, flexibility and constant improvement derive from success and growth. Fast paced but also high morale. Really intelligent people, eager to help anyone in the company. Relatively flat hierarchy. Big enough to learn, small enough to make a difference. Initiative and good performance are appraised and encouraged as it should be done everywhere.

      Cons

      When a company is growing at this pace, problems also grow fast. The company has to think two steps ahead for everything and that's not possible 100% of the time. Processes have to be carefully created and developed in order to reflect the company's spirit and not be stagnant and consuming,
