Pros
Really lovely people to work with! The technology is incredible and some of the managers really are great. Heaps of opportunity to grow into a career with a company that is set to grow with a healthy bottom line for years to come.
Cons
It's just growing at such a rapid rate it's becoming a bit of a cliche - new managers coming onboard don't understand the company, don't understand the complexities of the EMEA market, too busy to really see potential in some employees. But many managers definitely try hard and will help you execute and solve any problems, business and otherwise. So it's a mixed bag. The salaries are below market standard from what I hear from others in similar roles in similar industries.
