Pros
Good place to work if you're selling to Enterprise customers. PAN is taking market share from others in the security space. Benefits are good.
Cons
Operates like 90s Cisco culture for sales reps for those who are familiar with that style. Hardcore driving the number and people easily let go; it's all about the number each quarter. They feel confident people are knocking down the door to work for PAN so sales people are just pawns in the game of sales but after all you are in sales so not a big con here.
