Nice place to work, many expats
Pros
Its a very nice company to work for. As it is a US company everything is planned, everything is based on a procedure, they are focusing on automizing, and documenting everything. The Salary is really good, stocks and benefits are really great, helps a lot with keeping the staff there.
Cons
have to say EMEA office is nice but the organisation and employees changed a lot since the beginning , the growth was unplanned so after certain time the qualifications were not completely met by candidates which pushed the company to hire people that would not fit with rest of the employee and the culture of the company.This created the disconnection and changed the culture in the organisation which made a lot of good ones leave. My reason to leave was different as I looked for a change.
