Okay pay Good Benefits Sweet office space Lenient on Remote work Great random perks Extravagant dinners, events and parties

Cons

Big turn over in most departments. People are leaving rapidly. No career path designed for success. Middle-Upper management loves to finger point and place blame on each other. They do not work well together, and it shows. Even C-suite turnover is high. There is so much tumultuous bad energy amongst leadership. Management does not want to listen to their employees. This place is for you if you care a lot about status, golf with the right people, enjoy a good ol' boys club experience, have super thick skin, enjoy watching management yell at people, prefer nepotism over results, would like to work a ton of unpaid overtime, like fancy perks, see half your colleagues get put on PIPs, believe employees are expendable, but want to protect management at all costs. If this is you, they will promote you 2x/year.
