Business Outlook
Pros
Great community, friendly environment, exceptional learning opportunities and career growth. Also the most beautiful office view of all time. Company supports hybrid work style(Mandatory you have to be in the office at least 3 days a week).
Cons
I can't think of many, maybe its because I didn't work there for long enough, or maybe its because I had such a great time working there. But if I had to say one con, it's that some management works from out of state or are remote full-time. So if you like having that in-person connection, I would keep that in mind.
