      I have been working with PamTen for 6 years . It is very nice and great company to work. PamTen is very good on immigration , payroll and accessibility to CEO Prasad is very amazing and get immediate response from Prasad for any clarifications HR manager(Uma) is very nice and easily reachable . Most of the IT companies are money minded but PamTen is employee oriented and help employees in any matters . I am really very proud to be part of PamTen family!!

      Pros

      Strong Immigration team, Accessibility to all leaders and HR, On time payment. I had to choose between Pamten and a huge mnc when I had to change my job, I had a time constraint with less than 14 months left on my H1b before max out, I was looking for an approved i140 with the change of job. Pamten promised to make it possible and their promises were kept. Yes I had rough times with USCIS response, Pamten Inc stood with me and took care of those and now I have an approved i140. The HR, Uma Makem is very patient and composed. The Ceo, Prasad is reachable at any time to hear your concerns. Pamten strive to keep them ahead of technology and ensures employees wellbeing.. Kudos to the team and I'm proud to part of Pamten Inc..
