Incredible work place with Great company culture and Values. Pamten cares about their employees, which i personally experienced with immense support. very transparent process from top down. Good work environment with lot of benefits. Tons of Professional development programs and special events hosted by SheTek available to everyone who wants to advance their career. I totally enjoy working at a great Company and would definitely recommend to others.

The onboarding process was very smooth and swift. On my first day with Pamten, the HR representative was very proactive and completed all the joining and onboarding activities within a couple of hours. Also, Management is easily approachable and takes time to listen to your queries and provide constructive and honest feedback.
