      Pros

      PamTen Inc cares about each and every employee. Started my on-site career with PamTen in the year of 2013. When you were in trouble like recieving a 221g sheet from US consulate when you have gone for VISA stamping, you felt tore down at that point. PamTen makes here a big difference comparing other companies. They go each process steps legally and bringing back their employee to USA with their full confidence in less than weeks of time. I trust them. PamTen Inc is one of my own family member who can really believe and move on your career to the next level.

      Cons

      Currently they are in a process of ramping up their management team to improve and helping betterment prospects of their employees.

      Its been 2.6 years with Pamten INC, A great place to work and having great career learning curve and I got disparate support from the company especially the back office HR(Uma Makam), of her spontaneous response on all legal issues related to H1 helped me to never faced any RFE's. Her keenly guidence and proper articulation of my H1 documention leads all my H1, Amendment's and the latest H1 extension got approved for the next 3 more years in just less than 2 months of span that too under normal processing. I am really feeling glad of my company which is under the great entrepreneurship.

      Every company having there own cons, but the support I am getting from the company they all can be ignored
