The majority of my experience is with the MNCs as a full-time employee. Recently, I moved to PamTen for Canada's opportunity. This company changed my perspective towards consultancies. 1) You can easily reach out to the company's CEO Prasad if needed. He is amazing and just one call away to addresses the concerns on priority. 2) The HR manager (Uma) is the best. She is always available to address your concerns. Moreover, for any legal or documentation help, she considers every case or request on priority. In many instances, I personally experienced her prompt actions on my legal front. I assure you, that you can rely on her. 3) This company is a perfect choice if you are looking for immigration-related services like H1B, GC, and PR. 4) This company is more towards employee-centric not only money.
