      Its been 2.6 years with Pamten INC, A great place to work and having great career learning curve and I got disparate support from the company especially the back office HR(Uma Makam), of her spontaneous response on all legal issues related to H1 helped me to never faced any RFE's. Her keenly guidence and proper articulation of my H1 documention leads all my H1, Amendment's and the latest H1 extension got approved for the next 3 more years in just less than 2 months of span that too under normal processing. I am really feeling glad of my company which is under the great entrepreneurship.

      Every company having there own cons, but the support I am getting from the company they all can be ignored

      Great place to work. Surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. Good opportunity to enhance skills. No hierarchical structure in company. You get appreciated for the job well done.
