8yThanks to the technology available (Dashboards and performance tools) and there is no way anybody gets carried away with impressions or gossip. When PamTen has been hiring talented team, its so unfortunate that they fail to perform and cannot put the blame on anybody for their failure. We always believe in a policy of "Failing to plan and setting up targets to achieve them is like Planning to Fail".
