They're located in Portland,Oregon.

Cons

Managers hoard the higher revenue accts by a tremendous margin, over 50% of the revenue resides in the one managers personal control because they are paid on commission. The rest is shared with upwards of 5+ Sales reps.

Pros

small tight-knit community like a family treat you well as long as you work hard.

Cons

since it's a small company pay raises are few and far between but if you are showing them you are worth the money, you will get raises as needed.
