      Exceptional company, strong owners, great compensation. A strong culture of growth orientated risk vs reward. The owners & vice chairman compliment each others strengthes.

      Cons

      The one real con retired ! There is nothing else I can perceive as a con as all other issues are just relavent to conducting normal big business.
