*Growing pains as a small business, but you can tell the investment in systems and people is paying off *Some bottlenecks at the top levels - but also are being reviewed; authority being delegated

Pros

The people are really great. Everyone is hardworking, great camaraderie, and effective tools and systems for a small business. Since COVID, work hours are flexible and remote work is very helpful. Very transparent and open environment.

Cons

We need more staff to help with the workload.
