Great place to get more experience in the int'l development industry Good pay if you're higher up Bonuses for good work Company's mission is clear A lot of really great people to work with Easy to make connections with coworkers and other industry people

Cons

Work-life balance suffers because perfection is expected at all times Management plays favorites and doesn't trust staff enough Pay is low for junior staff with little room for growth Voices aren't always heard You have to constantly prove yourself Very hard to change positions or grow into a different role
