The salary is low, and they don’t increase people until later

Bad management - Factory and BU not supportive -Direction change often since Japanese management back to Japan in few year rotation Super high turn overrate -In 4 years time already have 30 people left in various departments (Whole company have around 70 people) Salary compare with the market are relatively low(same job nature) Too many meaningless report and meeting,dont have time for your actual work task working atmosphere are very bad in the office
