Some of the best benefits in the market, competitive pay, culture is developing very well in 1/3 the factory (best on night shift), management differs massively based on location in the factory.

Cons

Culture still needs improvement, 2/2/3 schedule may not work for everyone.

flexible no stress great benefits

Cons

lack of opportunities to move up (for most people except a few if somehow the manager likes you or is afraid to lose you) same bonus -- every one gets the same low bonus percentage, I guess if you are director then may be different.
