- Good and clean working environment. - Good company to start your career (if you are fresh graduate) - Job sequences are clear. Standard and project steps are written in company procedure

Cons

- Base salary very small (as an experienced and bachelor degree graduated engineer). The jobs require the engineering critical thinking, product safety, innovation everyday, etc. - Health insurance could be more better. - work life balance not quite good. The supervisor even forced you to picked up the call at night and during the annual leaves.
