      Board of Investors will eventually kill the company. Replaced Founder/CEO with a ruthless serial Gold-digger.

      Pros

      Great product in it's niche. Well respected in the industry. Fighting to get more brand recognition. Known for hiring the cream of the crop in people, which adds to a culture of smart people doing smart things. Good conditions, holiday presents, days out, flexible working hours (we do clock in and out).

      Cons

      Three rounds of lay-offs in the past 2,5 years (at writing September 2014), varying between 25 - 50 people per round. Fuzzy future perspective, ramping up & hiring and then firing most of them within 6 months after. New CEO does not contribute to positive working environment. Demotivated atmosphere with loads of workers on the look-out for an alternative. Bleak future.

      Clueless management at all levels Wasting money carelessly and then firing employees to cover up the losses Owning company (Infosys) wants to get rid of Panaya Technical level is mostly below average

      Pros

      Any positive reasons were true in the past but they are no longer valid. It was a pleasure to work with a exceptional group of people, but we have been scattered to the four winds.

      Cons

      Basically the newer management has no appreciation of the inside sales process that was built up over the years and managed to destroy the whole thing, actively and passively.
