      Pay is decent compared to other part time jobs.

      Managers get replaced more often than normal employees. Very unorganized and hectic workplace.

      Pros

      Panda Express has a great environment with amzing employees. The manager is very positive and is very friendly. Flexible schedules.

      Cons

      The company is extremely greedy with their money and has no problem docking your pay because of their mistakes. Manager tends to have no idea what he is doing. As a front of the house associate, you are expected to go out to the lobby and check up on guests, but you are not allowed to accept tips.
