Pros

People Free meals Flexible schedule Works around class schedule Call-ins voluntary Teamwork is strong

Cons

Stress, I am stressed right now for multiple reasons including this job. Heres a bit why: Customers have the ability to get on nerves. With long lines, you have to go fast but you need the customer to be responsive in order to do so. Theyll get up to the register without their money out and would move pretty slowly. Sometimes I feel customers dont work as well with me because Im young. Its like They dont give the attention or respect theyd give someone older, so at times i feel “of course im moving slower because the customer wont move with me.” This job is starting to get on my nerves. I heard stories of my coworkers crying because of the stress. I want to look for another job, but trying to figure out if I should stay. Because at times you can feel proud about the job and feel like its easy. While at other times you can feel like time isnt moving fast enough till the end of your shift.

Pros

free employee meal great starting wage

Cons

a lot of favoritism your wage will most likely stay really close to minimum wage as Panda won't give you a raise when minimum increases. Example: if you start at $10.00, get a raise to $10:50 after 6 months, $11:00 another 6 months. In January min. wage goes to $11.00, you'll still be at $11:00 even after working there for a year.
