Pros

Great to show entry level skills. There are opportunities for growth into management or into becoming a Chef. Extremely clean kitchens and top organization in the restaurant.

Cons

Not much flexibility for those that did not have children. My specific case with my manager catered scheduling needs to those with children and those without had to figure it out or leave the job because they would not make any adjustments. Some benefits were only available to full timers, although they advertise it is available to all.

Pros

Panda's put education first above everything, they're able to be incredibly flexible with scheduling if told in advance. Pay is good too, my manager is nice and our RDO is great. Some AMs and GMs can be a little cutthroat, but they are like that to uphold standards. Just don't be lazy and everything can go smoothly.

Cons

Can be very stressful, especially if you work at a high-earning store. You'd have to be alert at all times.
