Great place to work, IF you have good co-workers and management

Pros

Lots to learn, good place to start, high starting pay, regular raises and promotions, free food on break, semi-flexible hours.

Cons

May work more than 12 hours per day, if your co-workers and/or management are not good then it will not be a pleasant experience, very strange almost cult-like team system and problematic equipment.

Pros

They work with your schedule. Especially if you're a student. If you work all day you get 1 Hour lunch break and 3-10 minutes long free breaks (The company pays you as if you were working those free breaks)

Cons

It may be hard to get used to work load at the beginning
