There really isn’t any unless you enjoy working long hours and being taken advantage of.

Cons

Extremely unhealthy environment. I was promised promotions then denied based on my mental health diagnosis from my therapist and then was put on suspension after a coworker tried to attack me and called me slurs threatening to jump me with his friends for being a homosexual.
