      Pay rate but honestly it wasn’t worth.

      Cons

      Everything !!! Bad schedule; irresponsible manager, over worked as a teen working here, retaliation, horrible environment to work in and toxic management there was definitely favorites and nothing was done about it! My friend probably still works there but from what I heard it’s still a toxic and unhealthy environment and if you want ti succeed DON’T WORK THERE worst job ever.

      It gives you good experience for slow days and during rush. Not to complicated or confusing. Straight forward.

      Competitive Pay, flexible schedule only for hourly associates , free meal every shift, health benefits are great.

      Cons

      Stressful environment. No work/life balance. Even when you’re off ACO’s floods you with text and spam you with calls, doesn’t care about people’s mental health. Forces managers and workers to raise the Gem Score (Survey) when Gem scores are lower than 60% ACO’s gives the manager a warning.
