      * NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE * Upper management is biased towards people they like the most (every company does this, I know) * Asking for ownership mentality but you are not paid as an owner * Quiet quitting is going to be a thing in this company soon * Business first, People last

      1. Incredibly fun cooking experience. 2. Can freely transfer to any other Panda Express to work.

      Cons

      1. The management and upper management feels more like a cult than a company, you only progress if your on the good side of the right people and preach the goodword of Panda whenever you can. 2. Will gaslight and manipulate you to get as much work out of you as they can until you either burn out or see the light.
