Not worth the pay

Pros

"Higher hourly wages" 401k program Depending on store, flexible hours-Inland Empire Seems to have great Store Managers

Cons

Hours of constantly on your feet without so much as one 10-minute break or one 30 minute break depending on the length of your shift Not worth the pay Sick time, in store safety, and many other policies do the bare minimum to meet the set of codes or standards set in place by OSHA and other regulators HR and corporate sweep many issues under the rug, especially prevalent during the COVID-19 pandemic A plethora of disgruntled employees due to incessant "evolving" company structure-their greatest business strength is also their greatest social weakness

Mixed bag of nothing

Pros

The pay is one of the only factors into why anyone would stay. At 18 dollars an hour(currently 04/14/21) , for a workload that varies from location to location, you tend to get comfortable.

Cons

Management tends to always be high on the list of cons. You’re stuck trying to climb a ladder that leads to nowhere. Promises are made but never kept. Upper management varies from zone as well. In the west la region, you’re stuck with someone with absolutely none to very slim involvement in the kitchen or current affairs of store. Numbers and reviews are what matter to them and it’s pathetic. What makes an operation run smooth aside from its workers? If working conditions are poor and the workers aren’t being taken care of with the needed equipment and tools for the job, how is the operation supposed to manage ?
