Business Outlook
Pros
Panda's put education first above everything, they're able to be incredibly flexible with scheduling if told in advance. Pay is good too, my manager is nice and our RDO is great. Some AMs and GMs can be a little cutthroat, but they are like that to uphold standards. Just don't be lazy and everything can go smoothly.
Cons
Can be very stressful, especially if you work at a high-earning store. You'd have to be alert at all times.
