Good pay, nice people. The company wants to be a positive force in their employees lives - and they really mean to do good.

Cons

Cult like feeling. One of us...one of us...you really really better like the company culture. If you do not you will be miserable here.

working at panda will make time go by super fast because it is a fast paced environment. reasonable pay. everything is sanitary and my coworkers were friendly.

Cons

some of the bad things working here, you can't really take quick bathroom breaks and you must be able to last standing. also, some customers can be very rude and change there minds quick. patience is key.
