Structure. You can also get free meal during your break which is great because free food. Pretty chill job as long as you know what you are doing

Cons

Everything. Customers can be rude. Gets busy during lunch and dinner sometime people can be picky and ask you to do ridiculous things.

Good place to learn and gain experience... being able to handle all types of customers was invaluable as life hands you all type of scenarios.

Cons

high volume of customers which leads to a myriad of problems and sometimes over worked crew; however management does help a lot.
