      Pros

      Give people a chance to grow from the very bottom. Good pay from OT and Bonus. Benefits plan is good. A lot of room to grow and money if you are the "type" the company/upper management are looking for.

      Cons

      Long hours with heavy physical which is not good for health in long run. Subtle discriminate certain type of people which makes it hard to recruit candidates to be successful in the company considering the nature of the duties required to do for the job/position. Smart educated good looking candidates rarely are interested in the job that requires heavy physical, irrational requirements/subtle discrimination
