      Small workforce. High starting pay. Raise every 6 months.

      Cons

      Hire new people who they pay more than the older staff. Gossipy. Require you to work overtime with no warning.

      Pros

      Teaches you how to work hard and care about your job. Very friendly and encouraging environment Encourages you to move up Free meal every shift!

      Cons

      No work-life balance. This job is your new life now, especially the higher up in position you get. The company expects a lot out of you, even on your own time (no smokers, visible tattoos/piercings, beards, no dirty/messy cars etc). If you do not live up to these standards, you will not be promoted. Very stressful Schedule is made for the following week at the very last minute (Saturday night for the week beginning Sunday and ending Saturday)

      Great benefits, you get bonus every few months, has good hours, they have flexible schedule, it is a continuous growing company

      Cons

      There isn't any other than the fact that a uniform has to be worn. Very high standards on uniforms. And open some holiday .
