Business Outlook
Pros
Starts you out above minimum wage. You also get employee discount and free meal when you're working. They also give you opportunity to grow if you're willing. Get to meet lots of people and build relationships.
Cons
If you're not a full time student they make you work longer hours, sometimes from opening till closing. Assistant managers tend to work more than general manager because there always seems to be "meetings" so you're left managing the staff most days. Rush hours get pretty hectic especially during holidays.
