      Strong focus on people development, great growth opportunities, great benefits, competitive compensation, and gives back to the community. So far, Panda has raised and donated over $48.5 million dollars to support local communities and worldwide disaster relief organizations.

      Cons

      There may be times where it may tough to have a good work life balance, but once you have a strong team in place, its not that bad.
