      Pros

      Free Food (10 minutes ONLY) , good starting pay ($8.50)

      Cons

      Schedules ( open all week , close until 11 pm plus closing = 12:30 ) , Work overall ( for what they pay you , your being overloaded with customer, imagine a McDonald, but on Chinese food, without machines that can help you), Serving food for 6 hrs continually is not fun )

      you can eat lunch from there without having to pay for lunch because food can be expensive from time to time

      Cons

      there are times where they expect a lot from you when we are short staffed and when there is a rush specially at the store i worked at

      Pros

      You keep getting a raise every 6 months as long as your not fired. The raise is based off of your efforts and I believe the minimum is 10 cents.

      Cons

      expectations are too high. They want things done a certain way but at a speed that eventually leads to bad quality. Their management style is all about pointing out flaws and not recognizing a job well done.
