      great learning, lots of support from the company, different from other restaurant experience, taking classes such as Land Mark, Tony ribbons.

      Cons

      learning development department needs communicate more with area supervisor, very hard to get promote. needs to support other store, sometimes in different region to deep cleaning store and open new store. short on management team, high turn over. VIP visit often .

      People are nice. This is a big restaurant. You will make more money when it is busy. The requirements are not high.

      Sometimes is not busy. It is not good for make more money. The working schedule is not good. You have to work for a long time during a day.
