Pros

Decent pay for part-time job Simple job once you get the hang of it

Cons

There's hardly a training program aside from an online module that really doesn't help you in real-time. They'll throw you into the line in the middle of a lunch rush and scold you for doing it wrong despite them not training you. Panda really needs to fix their management because the employee turnover rate is so high. I saw so many people come and go and most of them left within a week of working at Panda. If that doesn't say something about how you train your employees (they don't), then I don't know what will

Pros

You will gain multitasking skill

Cons

Pay less but many chores to be done. Lots of pressure and physically and mentally tired. Not allowed to take tips from the customers. Not recommend to work at Panda

The pay is good and benefits could be good if you are full time

Cons

By far , worst job ive had. My boss was rude and uptight and always dismissive. She only cared for her favorites. She will talk down to you and tell you , you arent good and are wasting her time . They wont give you hours if they dont like you , and they wont let you transfer
