      Good work/life balance, easy to change hours, fast-paced environment

      Cons

      Management varies GREATLY between locations. Mine was great, but the next store three miles away had an awful manager. Change locations if you aren't fitting well.

      Only free employee meals which you get board of eventually.

      Cons

      BAD management, not to be brash but also they tended to hire a certain type of people. Ugly uniforms made cheaply that the grease smell will never get out of them.
