      Pros

      Great environment and professionalism. Fast paced so the day will be over quickly. The pay and benefits are really good which makes it hard to leave the company. Growth opportunities as well. Can start as an associate and work your way up to corporate level making 100k/year.

      Cons

      Random schedule every week. Busy place to work depending on location. Can be very stressful and required to multitask often. No work life balance. Always giving your time to the store (even on off days).
