      Pros

      Excellent compensation and bonus structure. There is a lot of room for advancement in the company. There is also education funds available for those who want to further their education.

      Cons

      Mandatory 50 hour/week schedule. Very little work/life balance. It's a very high stress job for everyone. Sometimes it's difficult to make a distinct separation between personal life and work life.

      Lots of hours, regular performance reviews with (negligible) raises.

      Cons

      Regardless of schedule, nobody gets to leave until after closing and after the entire store has been cleaned. Most days this was after midnight.
